I am using EOP for SPAM filtering. We converted over from FOPE and several of our rules have been converted in the process. Since we have migrated, we are getting alot of blocked messages from several addresses in our Allowed Domains list. Specifically several in our primary domain. I dont know how else to force EOP to stop blocking these. It would seem that if I have a domain listed in this rule, and 99.9% of all mail is making it through the filter just fine, why are we still getting random messages from these domains getting blocked. We get the Quarantine messages and I have instructed users to click Release to Inbox and then Report as Not Junk, yet the same senders continue to be blocked. Does anyone have an idea where I can begin to troubleshoot this?
