Blocking HTTP access

We have an Exchange 2013 environment and I'm trying to ensure that all users connecting to OWA are forced to use HTTPS. I have configured the URL redirect and modified the "Require SSL" option on the OWA virtual directory on the CAS server.

I have found though, that if someone sends a link to a published calendar, I can access it over HTTP. How do I prevent this?
