Hello, we are working with Exchange 2013 on a Windows 2012 R2 server. We also have a Barracuda Spam & Virus filter in place. We are not seeing a mail
flow issue in general however, mail coming from one particular domain never gets through. I have checked the logs on the Barracuda and that domain is allow and the logs show that the mail was passed to exchange. We cannot find the mail in Outlook Inbox or
Junk folders. The sender uses a system that sends out reminders, updates and event schedules via a 3rd party vendor so I am told that they are not able to check for bounces. I believe that these mail items are being held or rejected by our Exchange. Is there
anywhere on the Exchange that we should be looking? How would I go into Message tracking? Thanks
