An issue i am facing with a brand new exchange 2013 install with CU8 is as follows.
I create an email message and address it to multiple recipients both internal and external, i then send the message.
When i go to Delivery reports and view it, the internal recipients all show delivered. External recipient shows as Pending HOWEVER it was SUCCESSFULLY delivered to the external address. The report does not seem to update and show that it was delivered
though. This has happened on every email sent that contains both internal and external addresses. If an email is sent with ONLY external addresses in the TO field, then it shows as delivered, this issue only occurs when there are both internal and external
addresses.
Here is a screenshot of the report, the external gmail address used in the test was mine, and i don't care if anyone knows it.
