routing an email to another Exch Svr to have it deliver

Hi,

I have 2 Exchange 2010 Svr in 2 different domains, 1 in USA, 1 in China, all in the same Org.

I can email to a certain domain in USA, but can't in China.  In China, I can't do an nslookup for the MX record or even "telnet emailsvrmxip 25" to that certain domain.

Is there a way to have my China Exchange svr route a specific domain to my USA Exchange svr to deliver the email...?
