Team,
We are facing problem during mail receiving from internet. In our infra we had hosted spam service on cloud and it forward the mail to our firewall (checkpoint) and than delivers to Array load balancer ( two lad balance in active passive mode). It was observer while receiving there are lots of mails which found in the queue. and all the time we have to manually release it. But as soon as we remove load balance and do direct natting to exchange 2013 server mail flow is normal and we didnt find any queue as well. Please help me to fix up.
