I am preparing to migrate from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013. I have two Exchange 2013 servers installed. One is in my local data center and the other is in our Co-Lo data center. They are both members of the DAG. We have two Exchange 2007 servers. One
is a Mailbox server and the other is CAS/HUB. I have moved my mailbox to the Exchange 2013 server and everything is working but I have a mail flow issue. We have one Internet send connector created on the Exchange 2007 HUB server. I added the Exchange 2013
server in my local data center as a source for the send connector. When I send a message to the internet from my mailbox I would expect it to go straight from the server that my mailbox is on. When I look at the delivery report for the message it is transferred
from the local Exchange 2013 server to the Exchange 2013 server in the Co-Lo site and then to the Exchange 2007 CAS/HUB server before being delivered to the internet. What can I look at to see if something is configured wrong?
