Is this a joke - personal blacklist

So I have an IP never listed as blacklisted any where in the world.
Mail server with a perfect score and no problem sending whatsoever. 

And then I send to an Exchange mail server:
Access denied, banned sending IP.

Next thing I do will be to ban everyone with windows platform to visit my website, if not whitelisted manually

Thank you very much Microsoft for creating problems where there isn't :D
