I am seriously strange situation. Only one of my Domain user , who send the email which is 13MB big from the iPhone, he gets the warning message showing:
Your mailbox is Full.
and I have checked the Mailbox size and mailbox is not only even half full and also i have checked the Mail flow size limit and send and receive size is also 35MB and as well as the global transport config is 35MB size limit.
and then i have checked with same user with the same email with outlook from the desktop and we were able to send the email successfully but it didn't work with iPhone (Only with one user.).
I tried the same process with other account and even with bigger size of attachment and it worked and its not only working with one client and one device.
Any help please.
