Exchange 2013 Database Growth

Hi 

We have 2 Exchange mailbox, and 2 CAS

I need to increase the exchange mailbox disks storage 

So I will  need to get exactly how the exchange mailbox databases size increased last year or last 2 year 

then I can know how much size should be increased
