I'm hoping that this is a relatively straight forward question with a nice quick answer that I seem unable to pin down an answer through Bing for.
One of my clients has Mutual TLS setup with another company, for a long time all emails were being received and had a green tick on mail client. However this has stopped in the last couple of weeks. I can check the headers and opportunistic TLS is being used instead.
I've checked through the TLS send connectors on the exchange 2010 server that I put in place a couple of years and the details are still correct according to the initial details I was given by the other company. I've not changed anything for my client and i'm the only one who has those rights to the server. I've recreated the send/receive connectors associated with the Mutual TLS connection however the issue persists.
All the other mutual TLS connections on the exchange server are working normally, is it possible that this TLS connection has just stopped or should I persist with the "it's a config issue on you're end" dance?
