Hello one and all, I am hoping that someone out there could assist With a size limitation problem on Exchange 2013, it looks like size does matter :)
So a quick info on the setup:
a total of 2 Exchange servers, 1 CAS, 1 MBX server (Exchange 2013 CU2v2)
Users are eexperiencing that they cannot receive any e-mail larger than 10MB. The external sender is Reporting that Our server is suggesting to Down size and stick to a limit of 10MB.
Our organization settings allow MAX Message in = 25 MB
Connector settings allow Max Message in = 35 MB
User Settings = unlimited
ExternalDsnMaxMessageAttachSize = 20MB
InternalDsnMaxMessageAttachSize = 20 MB
We have a cisco iron port With global settings allowing 100MB in and Works fine With the other Exchange installations we have.
Error received by the sender:
Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: CASserver.InternalDomain.local
user@domainname.com
#< #5.2.3 smtp;550 5.2.3 RESOLVER.RST.SendSizeLimit.Org; message too large for this organization> #SMTP#
I have no idea where to og from here. I have attempted to send from the outside using different mail vendor accounts but to no avail.
Has anyone experienced such a thing and have you by any chance solved it?
In advance thank you for Your assistance.
