are message been blocked as spam if the sender server IP is different from the receiver server IP?

i have exchange server 2013 that send messages from fortimail anti spam server (IP), and accept messages untill now from edge server (another IP) in a test period ?  the question is in this case the messages that we send will blocked to other sides as spam or not .. as the sender server IP different from receive server IP !
