Exchange 2013 setting a trigger and notification

Hi Experts,

I've got an Exchange 2013 server and I'm looking for a way to send a notification to myself if a user sends more than 50 emails an hour. Is this possible?

Basically, is there a script which I can run, perhaps every hour, that checks a specific group but individually mailboxes within the group who had sent more than 50 emails in an hour and send me a notification if so?
