I'm trying to figure out how to use the directories in Outlook and I have a few questions which pertain to exchange 2013 and outlook 2013.
In Outlook, what is the difference between the "Users" directory and the "Offline Global Address List"?
I recently figured out how to add contacts to the "All Contacts" directory through the Exchange admin center and I want to know if there is someway to keep my contacts in certain folders within the "All contacts" directory.
Also is there a way to mass import contacts from one User into the "All Contacts" directory?
In Outlook, I can get the exchange directories in my address book, but is there a way to have them listed under my normal contacts?
Last but not least, there are only 2 other users and I would like for them to be able to update or add contacts to the "all contacts" directory, is that possible? I essentially want my contacts to sync across email accounts like dropbox.
