Mail From External Contacts to shared mail box, should not get a copy of emails

We have request from the Business Team

We have DG for External Contacts

A new shared mail box is created and any mail to the shared mailbox is been forwarded to the DG External Contacts

Mail From External Contacts to this shared mail box, should not get a copy of emails  

Please let me the possibility and suggestions
