System can't send test-email over SMTP/TLS

Dear all exchange experts,

Our QDAS system used to send email over 25 annoymous. Currently we have to disable annoymous authentication, instead we decide to send email over  587/TLS, so we create receive connector as below:

however, it does not work when test sending email in QDAS system configuration page:

The email account used is an email user without issue. the log in smtpreceive folder saying:

It's saying Client was not authenticated. But the account username and password should be correct

What can be the issue here and how to track?
