Not able to send an outbound email

Hello everyone , My problem is that I'm unable to send external email like to gmail , hotmail , 

I followed this link to create a send connector but nothing seems work ,

and one another thing is that Email not deleting from the draft , 

whenever I sent an email it directly goes to draft folder instead of sent item and I tried to deleted it but it doesn't get deleted , Any relevant help would be more then appreciated :
