applying transportrules twice - while coexistence 2007/2013

Hi all,

I have an Organistation:

over 10 x Exchange 2007 Servers (multirole)

2 x Exchange 2013 Servers (mulitrole) - even the smarthost

When a message is send from an Exchange 2007 User to an Exchange 2013 User will the transportrules from the Exchange 2007 and from the Exchange 2013 executed?

I hope I could discribed my question enough.
