Hi,
What we would like is for the emails to come through to one mailbox (this one mailbox receives emails from 2 domains) then have an if statement in exchange checks to see what the email address is and then a second if statement to check the domain, then the email is forwarded to the mail contact based on the domain. Can this be done, if so how, I was thinking it might be possible through powershell.
Let me explain the situation. All our users are on several domains. We are also using a zeacom email/phone system for our call centre. When external emails are sent to us then the email is forwarded to an exchange mail contact email email address and so diverted inot the zeacom application that the users use.
So at the moment we have a 2 separate mailboxes, so depending on what domain the email comes from it goes to the correct mailbox and then gets diverted to tnhe zeacom mail contact But we are trying to reduce the number of mailboxes.
Regards,
Marek
