I have install exchange server 2013 with CAS & MailBox , from where and how i enable to send & receive mail to and from contoso.my domain name is abc.com and all domain dns and exchange server i am installing it on vm ware conncted through bridge connector form physical machine that is connected through the internet.
I have attached here Screenshot of send connector,policy and accepted domain please help me out.Please Also tell me if any configuration is needed.
I am using exchange 2010. Have planned to create a new throttling policy and make it default with customize setting.
Will this be applied for only new users or old users also where already default exchange throttling policy applied.
I want only new users to be applied on this default, do not want any change for old users.

We have have issue with Mail delivery issue, user does not seem to have copy of mail in his inbox but exchange ecp delivery report is showing the mail has been successfully delivered to recipient user inbox. Both the send and recipient in same domain but mailbox hosted on 2 different servers in DAG setup. This is internal mail send.
Mail Setup details are
4 Exchange mail Servers hosting 21 Database in DAG. All the 4 hosts are running mailbox role only. Exchange Server 2016 Enterprises CU10 on windows server 2016 Standard.
Exchange host 1 (recipient Mailbox DB active)
Exchange host 2
Exchange host 3
Exchange host 4 (Send Mailbox DB active)
Below is Delivery Report (Names, email id and Server names have been removed)

On my exchange 2013 server there is a receive connector configured for app relay server (out of many). This is able to connect and send mails but however, out of no where, the app server is unable to send mails at randomly. On the exchange SMTPReceive logs, I can see the below;

Hi,
we have rules to filter specific extensions to be approved by admins, before they are delivered.
That works as expected.
But how do I filter files, that do not have any extensions (or deny them).
Lately those appear to be delivered, but they are usually never good attachments, so I want to block them or have them approved.
I didn't find any solution, as I can say *.zip, but this is just like
"fileabcde" instead of "fileabcde.zip".
Probably you can help.

I have an alias email address that is set up to include several people for work but only 2 people have been given access to check the inbox for that alias. I'm looking to change the alias into a public folder so that no one is attached to the address and it only allows to the specific person or persons to see the reply instead of everyone. Can an alias email address be turned into a public folder?
i have an application configured to relay email through exchange 2013 CAS on a custom relay connector. Application successfully send email whole day but with some missed entries show error code 421 service not available in orcale based application log.

I am facing interim issue with my oracle DB. where smtp relay is working for 99% of emails sent but only 1% being sending failed with error "SMTP transient error:421 Service not available". I am unable to trace any log entry for missed emails at exchange end in smtp receive logs.
please guide how to trace and resolve the issue. both my server are available not network connectivity issue. ping telnet trace won't show any outage or disconnect.

We have an Exchange 2013 DAG setup as below in our environment .
Primary Site - Node1 & Node2
DR Site - Node3
The above servers are setup with multi role (Mailbox and CAS)
The issue is that slow network connection to DR site delay the internal mail delivery...if the copy queue to DR site increases, then the internal mail delivery delays.
DR replication should not affect the mail delivery (both internal and external), but its strange in our case.
Please help to resolve the issue.

We have a hybrid environment Exchange Online and are using Exchange 2013 as hybrid server. We have an application that submits emails to Exchange using SMTP and sends emails from noreply@smtpdomain.com. Since almost half of our user base is already in Exchange Online, many of these emails which are generated on-premises need to be routed to Exchange Online. This configuration has been working for months. On 24/06/2014, the emails from this application stopped getting delivered.
On examination of message tracking logs, I found SMTP FAIL events - excerpt below.

RecipientStatus : {[{LRT=};{LED=550 5.1.8 Access denied, bad outbound sender};{FQDN=};{IP=}]}
Doing a search for the error in recipient status did not return anything but doing a search for "access denied, bad sender" did return results that suggested a scenario when a user in Exchange Online would be prevented from sending outbound email after having been identified as sending spam - see http://technet.microsoft.com/en-GB/library/dn458545(v=exchg.150).aspx
It seems our on-premises Exchange 2013 server has enacted a similar block on our noreply address which sends out a lot of emails. I have been able to confirm that if the 'from address' is changed to something like noreply123@smtpdomain.com, all emails from the application get delivered successfully.
I now need to find out how I can unblock our noreply address so these emails can be sent with the original from address.
Appreciate all help I can get on this one.
I currently have a Hybrid setup with Office 365 with students in the cloud and teachers On-Prem. Lately i have been noticing issues with O365 users sending emails to On-Prem. O365 Mail can sometimes take up to 2 hours to 2 days to be received On-Prem.
I have opened a ticket with Office 365 Support and they believe the error is "When Office 365 try to send the email to on-prem, the “Defer” happened with the error {LED=450 4.4.317 Cannot connect to remote server [Message=451 4.4.0 Socket error ConnectionReset]"
They are unable to continue to resolve my issue because its a Hybrid scenario.
Any help would be appreciated.
