Hi,
I have an on-premise exchange server and a hosted email server with the same domain. The problem is when I send emails from one special account from this hosted service to any email account on my exchange server sometimes I cannot get that emails. I don't know if the issue is on my hosted service or on my exchange server because I don't have any bounce back email and also my exchange server doesn't have any fail tracking those emails.
Can you please give me another way to see if the issue is on my exchange server, I have an installed anti-spam but even in there I cannot found any blocked email coming from this account.
